Now more than ever, fans of the Netflix series are wanting the long-awaited Season 4 of Stranger Things. There’s been tons of speculation, as we’re all waiting in anticipation to see what’s to come. With every season just getting better and better, it somehow manages to surprise us each time that the producers top themselves. With no confirmed date for when ST4 will be hitting the streaming service, we’ve all been dying to know more details. The coronavirus pandemic may have stopped production, but it hasn’t stopped Joe Keery from talking about what’s to come…

Steve Harrington, our favorite teenage hero, has spoken out about the upcoming series. In a recent interview with the actor, Keery announced that Season 4 will be incredibly scary, much worse than previous seasons. Promoting the upcoming film ‘Free Guy’ in which he stars in, Keery couldn’t help but mention the newest series will be full of frightening moments.

Harrington and the gang look set to have some spine-chilling moments…

Keery praises the work of Duffer Brothers, as he says they’ve ‘really done it again’. He goes on further: ‘I think that this year – and I know I say this every single year – but this is definitely going to be a lot scarier than prior years because last year was pretty dark’. As you all will remember, Season 3 served us some pretty terrifying scenes, including the death of Billy (RIP). If Keery is right, there’s going to be tons of nail-biting moments in the upcoming season. At least we know Hopper is alive – phew!

Keery goes on to talk about his famous uniform, which we sadly won’t be seeing in Season 4. Talking about his Scoops Ahoy outfit, the actor says ‘I’m glad to retire it. Do I have it at home for Halloween? I don’t, unfortunately’. So not only is the new season set to be very scary, but we won’t be seeing our favorite duo wearing sailor hats!
