Terry Crews announced that the new Brooklyn Nine-Nine episodes had been thrown out in support for Black Lives Matter.
Talking to Access Hollywood , Crews explained “We’ve had a lot of somber talks about it and deep conversations and we hope through this we’re going to make something that will be truly groundbreaking this year. We have an opportunity and we plan to use it in the best way possible”
“Our show-runner Dan Goor, they had four episodes all ready to go and they just threw them in the trash. We have to start over. Right now we don’t know which direction it’s going to go in.”
The actors and crew have shown continued support towards the Black Lives Matter movement. Just last month, many cast members of the show came together to raise $100,000 in support of the Black Lives Matter movement which you can read about in our article on here.

There’s no word yet on when scripts for the new Brooklyn Nine-Nine episodes will be re-written but we will be sure to let you know when they are!
