Mo Farah gets special meals from his fellow I’m A Celebrity campmates when it comes to the protein element of a dish each evening it has been revealed.
The celebrity had one request when entering the castle – any meals involving meat must be halal meat. He will, however, be taking part in all the eating Bushtucker Trials should he get voted or nominates himself as Muslim rules do not ban this. Because of this Mo will have different meals during his stay in the castle. The same thing happened to Amir Khan back in 2017.
Mo Farah also said in an interview “To be honest, I’m not a big eater… I know the eating trials involve yucky stuff but you just have to hold your nose and crack on!” He also revealed a way he’ll be able to help his fellow campmates. “I love to exercise, And when I don’t train I go a bit mad! I am missing training whilst I am in the camp and my coach isn’t very happy!” So maybe we’ll see a makeshift gym again this year! That is of course, if Beverley Callard doesn’t take over as the fitness guru of the camp. Could we be seeing Bev and Mo go head to head in who is the fittest of the camp? We think not, but we love to imagine!
What did the team have for dinner on the first night? Rabbit. EastEnders Jessica Plummer told the camera “I had a pet rabbit when I was a kid called Boris and I just think of him”. Looks like Mo might not be the only one wanting something different.
