As most of the UK population will already know, this year’s ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ began last night… But with a twist. The show is taking place in Gwrych castle in Wales, a far reach from the Australian jungle used in all previous series. However viewers were confused as to why the clock was still being used at the bottom left:

The clock was used to show the time difference whilst filming in the Springbook National Park in New South Wales, Australia. Considering the time zone is the same for the entire UK, the clock really doesn’t serve much purpose… unless you had no other time telling device in your house. Following a few jokes from hosts Ant and Dec it was clear that the clock was left in as a joke.

The series got off to an entertaining start with scenes such as Jordan North vomiting just looking at the first task. In fairness, this was due to his fear of heights with the first task involving abseiling down a cliff.

It’s been a great start to the series but what else can we expect? Luckily we don’t have to wait to long as the show runs every evening for the next three weeks!
